Your project received approval for financing and you signed the financing agreement with the institution which manages the funds you are to benefit from.

An intense and complex period follows, when you have to implement everything stated in the submitted application.

PER comes to your support by providing a series of services of support, consultancy and assistance during project implementation.

• Consultancy during project implementation

Projects financed from nonrefundable EU funds have to be conducted in strict accordance with procedures and specifications stated by the Financing Authority.

The ways in which Per cand support you are as follows:

• Agreement of assistance all throughout project implementation, specifying the field for which PER specialists will provide support and expertise (financial, juridical, acquisitions, technical, human resources a. o.)
• The complete delegation (externalization) of project management functions to PER as an outside consultant, where possible; in this case, PER team will follow project conformity with European procedures and the specific methodology of project management all throughout and in all aspects of it.
• PER provides info-training in implementing EU financed projects for members of project management team in your organisation

For certain EU-funded programmes, the costs for the complete delegation of project management are refundable if they have been provided for in the initial budget of the project (in the financing application)

• Consultancy for public acquisistions (elaborating proper documentation, running acquisition procedures)

The European Commission through the Management Authority imposes the observance of principles and legislation of public acquisitions in cases of implementing projects whose financing comes from public funds.

PER provides its expertise in view of organising the acquisitions stated in your project (services, works, goods), according to current legislation.

• Juridical Consultancy

 PER provides juridical consultancy in order to observe expenses eligibility during project implementation, as well as juridical consultancy in the field of the respective project (requirements of environmental standards, energy regulations a.o.)

• Consultancy in publicity, promotion, dissemination of project results

In all cases, these activities are required explicitly by the Management Authority through Applicants Guide. PER can provide support in implementing this package of activities.
