- The development of fields such as research and innovation, environmental protection, social services etc.
In order to support the fostering of durable partnerships that go beyond distance limitations, culture or field, PER facilitates the identification of partners and the building of viable European consortiums/partnerships.
In the case of funds managed by the European commission directly, the condition of partnership is compulsory.
