Infotraining programmes of Project Europa approach the following themes; the following list is not exhaustive:

  • Nonrefundable financing European Union and other financing bodies sources for various activity fields
  • European policies and legislation in various sectors – environment, culture, consumers etc.
  • Public acquisitions
  • Project management: accessing and implementing European funds
  • Accessing rural development funds, LEADER axis and setting up/functioning of Local Action Groups

In order to complete these training programmes, PER elaborated a Compendium called “Financing Opportunities for SMEs following the accession of Romania to European Union” in 2007.

Also, PER has met Romanian SMEs need for information by approaching new work methods, such as information and face-to-face communication sessions on the theme of specific financing opportunities for private environment in various localities throughout the country (Bacau, Brasov, Slobozia, Calarasi, Ploiesti).
