Workshop: Project Management

Project Europa Regional, in cooperation with Oligama Management, organises the workshop Management of Projects financed through European structural funds. Building projects in view of gaining financing.

Workshop Agenda:

  1. Generating project ideas
    • Identifying problems and needs; setting objectives - SMART objectives
  2. Formulating project ideas
    • Creativity; brainstorming; macroselection; microselection; SWOT Analysis
  3. Specific Sectorial Aspects
    • Operational Programmes; Axis eligibility - intervention domain
  4. Rephrasing objectives in agreement with Sectorial Operational Programmes objectives
    • Checking eligibility
  5. Formulating the project
    • Project Cycle Management; performance indicators; setting and planning activities (Gantt Diagram); costs, profit and loss account, cash flow; drawing up the budget
  6. Assessing project feasibility
    • Scenario analysis; Cost-benefit analysis; Sensitivity analysis; multi-criteria analysis; business plan; fesibility study
  7. Financing Application
    • Structure and main sections of the application; how to fill it in; rules concerning eligible expenses; investments plan; community horizontal themes; application self-assessment; assessment grid; grading systems; submitting the application; financing agreement; selection stages
  8. Project Team Management
    • Setting team componence; selecting team members; defining responsibilities and developing the team (team-building); management and leadership
  9. Risk Management
    • Identifying risks; revising project documents; quantitative and qualitative analysis of risks; ways of approaching risks (answers); monitoring and risk control

Themes will be delivered by CEFE International accredited trainers and CEFE TRAINING ROMANIA members.

Course fee is 850 RON/attendee (TVA excluded).
